2460616 Errata Notice - Correcting the labeling of the paragraphs in 16 DCMR § 3630.1

ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.)), hereby gives notice of a correction to 16 DCMR § 3630.1.  The Department of Health amended this section by Notice of Final Rulemaking on November 3, 2006, at 53 DCR 9007.

 

This errata notice corrects the numbering of paragraphs in § 3630.1.  There are two paragraphs labeled “c.”  In order to avoid any confusion, the second paragraph that is labeled “c” will be re-labeled “d.”

The text of 16 DCMR § 3630.1 is corrected in accordance with the intended text of Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 53 DCR 9007 (November 3, 2006).
