Notice is hereby given that this applicant has applied for a license under the D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the Roll Call Hearing Date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009.  Petitions and/or requests to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the Petition Date.  The Protest Hearing Date is scheduled for 1:30 pm on August 21, 2013.

 

NATURE OF OPERATION

New Tavern, Food Truck.   JBS is planning to serve barbeque and related food products from its food truck on private property at Ball Park Square (at the corner of 1^st and N Streets, SE) on days of Washington Nationals home games.  JBS is seeking an ABRA license to serve beer at the property on those days in conjunction with its food sales.

9:30 am to 12:00 am Sunday through Saturday.
