    Notice of Reprogramming Requests

     

    Pursuant to DC Official Code Sec 47-361 et seq. of the Reprogramming Policy Act of 1990, the Council of the District of Columbia gives notice that the Mayor has transmitted the following reprogramming request(s).

     

    A reprogramming will become effective on the 15th day after official receipt unless a Member of the Council files a notice of disapproval of the request which extends the Council’s review period to 30 days.   If such notice is given, a reprogramming will become effective on the 31st day after its official receipt unless a resolution of approval or disapproval is adopted by the Council prior to that time.

    Reprog. 21-63:           Request to reprogram $405,820 of Master Lease Capital funds budget authority and allotment from various capital projects to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) was filed in the Office of the Secretary on June 4, 2015.  This reprogramming will help to support the costs of purchasing vehicles for the DPR fleet, including one or more 42-passenger coaches to transport citizens to recreational programs throughout the District.

    Reprog. 21-64:           Request to reprogram $150,000 of Capital funds budget authority and allotment to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) was filed in the Office of the Secretary on June 4, 2015.  This reprogramming is to support the costs of construction of Metro Memorial Park, which will be located at 1st Street NE and New Hampshire Avenue NE, in Ward 4.

    Reprog. 21-65:           Request to reprogram $536,902 of Fiscal Year 2015 Local funds budget authority within the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) was filed in the Office of the Secretary on June 4, 2015.  This reprogramming ensures that DHCF will be able to comply with the Money Follows the Person (MFP) rebalancing requirements.

    Reprog. 21-66:           Request to reprogram $2,367,000 of Capital funds budget authority and allotment within the Department of General Services (DGS) was filed in the Office of the Secretary on June 4, 2015.  This reprogramming will support the re-opening of Burdick Elementary.           

     

    RECEIVED: 14 day review begins June 5, 2015

     

    Reprog. 21-67:           Request to reprogram $431,293 of Capital funds budget authority and allotment from the Department of General Services (DGS) to the Reverse Pay-As-you-go (Paygo) capital project and subsequently to the Local funds budget of DGS was filed in the Office of the Secretary on June 4, 2015.  This reprogramming is necessary to fund the cost of various furniture and equipment for the Roosevelt HS Modernization project.
