Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and for objectors who are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 a.m., 2^nd floor, Suite 2000, 1250 U Street, NW.  A petition or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

 

Licensee requests the following substantial change to its nature of operation:

 

LICENSEE REQUESTS EXTENSION OF HOURS OF OPERATION AND SALES & SERVICE AND NEW ENTERTAINMENT ENDORSEMENT TO INCLUDE A DJ, LIVE ENTERTAIMENT, DANCING, AND COVER CHARGE.
