1196027 Errata Notice Correcting 27 DCMR § 4626.4(b).

ERRATA NOTICE

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2006 Repl.)), hereby gives notice of a correction to section 4626 (Contract Modifications) of chapter 46 (Not-for-Profit Hospital Corporation Procurement Rules) of title 27 (Contract and Procurement) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR). 

 

This errata notice seeks to correct a spelling error in subsection 4626.4(b) as published in the Notice of Final Rulemaking at 58 DCR 4565 (May 27, 2011).  In paragraph (b), the term “decease” should be “decrease”.  This errata notice corrects this error by replacing “decease” with “decrease” so that the entire paragraph reads as follows:

(b)        By the Contracting Officer’s issuance of a written change order, when the contract includes a changes clause permitting the Contracting Officer to make unilateral changes in the contract work.  Under such a clause, the contractor is obligated to perform in accordance with a change order issued by the Contracting Officer, and the contract price is adjusted to reflect the increase or decrease in costs caused by the change.

 

The text of 27 DCMR § 4626.4(b) is corrected in accordance with the intended text of Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 58 DCR 4565 (May 27, 2011).
