Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4th Floor, 2000 14th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20009. Petition and/or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.
The Protest Hearing Date is scheduled for 1:30 pm on December 2, 2015.
NATURE OF OPERATION
Shared professional office space with food, beverages, beer and wine available for members (tenants) and their guests. Total Occupancy Load of 100. Applicant requests a Summer Garden with 50 seats and an Entertainment Endorsement so that members may stage events for clients and guests, which may include audio-visual components and a DJ. No nude performances.
