394807 Errata Notice: Voter Registration Agencies

ERRATA NOTICE

 

The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances, pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559), hereby gives notice of the following corrections to the text of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) which was amended by a Notice of Final Rulemaking published in the District of Columbia Register, and issued by the District of Columbia Board of Elections and Ethics on April 16, 2010 at 57 D.C. Reg. 3267. The Notice of Final Rulemaking amended Title 3 of the DCMR to adopt amendments to the voter registration process.

 

In Title 3, chapter 5, section 506, the phrase “Department of Youth and Rehabilitative Services” is deleted and the phrase “Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services” is inserted in its place.  This corrects an error in the agency name.
