Parties to the Voluntary Agreement: Don Juan’s Restaurant, Inc., t/a Don Juan’s Restaurant, Mount Pleasant Neighborhood Alliance.
Protest Petitions: Objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such request on August 16, 2010 at 10 am 2nd Floor, Suite 2000, 1250 U Street, N.W. Protest petitions must be filed on or before August 2, 2010.
