NOTICE OF CONTRACT DISAPPROVAL RESOLUTION

 

The Council of the District of Columbia gives notice that the resolution listed below to disapprove CA 19-379, proposed contract with Compass Group USA by and through its Chartwells and SSC Division in the amount of $29,636,417.24 to manage the overall District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) Food Services Program (FSP) for the one hundred seven schools was filed in the Office of the Secretary on July 3, 2012.
