Notice of Reprogramming Disapproval
Councilmember Barry filed on July 16, 2012, PR 19-892 the “Reprogramming No.
19-181 Disapproval Resolution of 2012" to disapprove Reprogramming 19-181. The request to
reprogram $6,558,230 of Fiscal Year 2012 Local funds budget within the District of Columbia
Public Schools (DCPS) was filed in the Office of the Secretary on July 6, 2012. This
reprogramming ensures that DCPS will be able to adequately fund the Afterschool Program for
FY 2012.
The disapproval resolution extends the Council’s review period to 30 days, ending on Monday, September 17, 2012. If the Council does not adopt a resolution of approval or disapproval during this period, the reprogramming will be deemed approved on Tuesday, September 18, 2012.
