    ANC-1D         3103.2, for a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under

    subsection 2001.3 (not meeting the lot occupancy requirements under sections 772 and 774 respectively), and a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, to allow the renovation of an existing dwelling into a 4 unit apartment house in the R-5-D District at premises 3602 16th Street, N.W. (Square 2624, Lot 776).

    18418              Application of Pilgrim Baptist Church, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, ANC-6A         for a special exception to permit a church program under section 216, in

                            the R-4 District at premises 712 I Street, N.E. (Square 888, Lot 800).

    18419              Application of 2221 14th Street LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, ANC-1B for a modification of BZA Order No. 18157, to reduce the number of

    required parking spaces under subsection 2101.1, from ten to zero to allow the construction of a new 30 unit apartment building in the ARTS/C-3-A District at 2221 14th Street, N.W. (Square 234, Lot 165).

    18420              Application of AT&T, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special ANC-4C     exception to allow the installation of a 128 feet tall (lightpole) monopole,

    antennas and related equipment shelter and cabinets under section 2713, in the R-4 District at premises 4301 13th Street, N.W. (Roosevelt High School) (Square 2915, Lot 802).

     

    WARD TWO

     

    18432              Application of John C. Hines, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3104.1 and ANC-2C     3103.2, for a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404,

    and a special exception under subsection 2516.1, to permit an addition to an existing flat (two-family dwelling) where there are more than one principal structure on a single lot in the R-4 District at premises 1618 5th Street, N.W. (Square 477, Lot 845).

     

    PLEASE NOTE:

     

    Failure of an applicant or appellant to appear at the public hearing will subject the application or appeal to dismissal at the discretion of the Board.

     

    Failure of an applicant or appellant to be adequately prepared to present the application or appeal to the Board, and address the required standards of proof for the application or

    appeal, may subject the application or appeal to postponement, dismissal or denial. The public hearing in these cases will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 31 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations, Title 11, and Zoning.  Pursuant to Subsection 3117.4, of the Regulations, the Board will impose time limits on the testimony of all individuals. Individuals and organizations interested in any application may testify at the public hearing or submit written comments to the Board.  

     

    Except for the affected ANC, any person who desires to participate as a party in this case must clearly demonstrate that the person’s interests would likely be more significantly,

    distinctly, or uniquely affected by the proposed zoning action than other persons in the general public.  Persons seeking party status shall file with the Board, not less than 14 days prior to the date set for the hearing, a Form 140 – Party Status Application

    Form.  This form may be obtained from the Office of Zoning at the address stated below or downloaded from the Office of Zoning’s website at: www.dcoz.dc.gov. All requests and comments should be submitted to the Board through the Director, Office of Zoning, 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 210, Washington, D.C. 20001.  Please include the case number on all correspondence.
