Notice is hereby given that this licensee who has applied for a substantial change to his license under the D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 4^th Floor, 2000 14^th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20009.  A petition or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

 

LICENSEE REQUESTS THE FOLLOWING SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE NATURE OF OPERATIONS:

The change is for an expansion of seating to the 3^rd floor.   The addition of summer gardens on the second floor and on the rooftop of the 3^rd floor seating of 42. The addition of an enclosed Sidewalk Café, 20 seats. The seating capacity is 165 of which 42 are Summer Gardens/rooftop and the total capacity is 218.
