NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING
The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to section 3 of the District of Columbia Documents Act, effective March 6, 1979 (D.C. Law 2-153; D.C. Official Code § 2-612(2) (2012 Supp.)) hereby gives notices of the intent to adopt amendments to chapter 3 (Rules of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances) of title 1 (Mayor and Executive Agencies) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR). The proposed rulemaking would recognize the creation of a new title 13 (Sign Regulations) of the DCMR by amending 1 DCMR § 313.3, which contains the structure for the DCMR. The Administrator gives notice of taking final rulemaking action in not less than thirty (30) days after publication of this notice in the D.C. Register.
Chapter 3, RULES OF THE OFFICE OF DOCUMENTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUANCES, of title 1, MAYOR AND EXECUTIVE AGENCIES, of the DCMR is amended as follows:
Section 313, D.C. MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS: STRUCTURE AND FORMAT, subsection 313.3 is amended to read as follows:
