ERRATA NOTICE
The Administrator of the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI), pursuant to the authority set forth in section 309 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1203; D.C. Official Code § 2-559 (2011 Repl.), hereby gives notice of a correction to the D.C. Register published on August 17, 2012. The University of the District of Columbia (UDC) issued a Notice of Final Rulemaking regarding tuition rates for the David A. Clarke School of Law, published at 59 DCR 10001 (August 17, 2012) (Notice). The Notice amended section 728 (Tuition and Fees: Degree-Granting Programs) of chapter 7 (Admissions and Academic Standards) of subtitle B (University of the District of Columbia) of title 8 (Higher Education) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR).
The Notice inadvertently restates the tuition rates prior to the rulemaking, rather than stating the tuition rates published in UDC’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published at 59 DCR 7556 (June 22, 2012) (Proposed Rules). At the July 25, 2012, Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of UDC (Board) referenced in the preamble of the Notice, the Board voted to make final the tuition rates in the Proposed Rules. Additionally, the text of the preamble of the Notice makes clear that the intent of the Notice was to raise the tuition for the David A. Clarke School of Law.
Therefore the Notice is corrected to read as follows, in accordance with the intent of the Board:
Chapter 7, ADMISSIONS AND ACADEMIC STANDARDS, of subtitle B, UNIVERSITY OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, of title 8, HIGHER EDUCATION, is amended as follows:
Section 728, TUITION AND FEES: DEGREE-GRANTING PROGRAMS, is amended as follows:
Subsection 728.1 is amended to read as follows:
