Notice of Reprogramming Disapproval
Councilmember Barry filed on July 27, 2012, PR 19-904 the AReprogramming No.
19-193 Disapproval Resolution of 2012" to disapprove Reprogramming 19-193. The request to
reprogram $1,340,000 of Local funds budget authority from the Master Equipment
Lease/Purchase program to the D.C. Taxicab Commission (DCTC) was filed in the Office of the
Secretary on July 13, 2012. This reprogramming ensures that DCTC will be able to support the
cost of installing the Taxicab Smart Meter System in all District taxicabs.
The disapproval resolution extends the Council=s review period to 30 days, ending on Monday, September 24, 2012. If the Council does not adopt a resolution of approval or disapproval during this period, the reprogramming will be deemed approved on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.
