Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and that the objectors are entitled to be heard before the granting of such license on the hearing date at 10:00 am, 2000 14th Street, NW, 4th Floor, Washington, DC  20009.  Petition and/or request to appear before the Board must be filed on or before the petition date.

 

NATURE OF OPERATION

Three new private yacht charters with light pub style appetizers.  Live entertainment, DJ, and dancing will be provided.  No nude performances.  M.Y. Celebrity seating capacity is 142; total occupancy load is 149.  M.Y. Harbour Belle seating capacity is 107; total occupancy load is 110.  M.Y. Finished Business seating capacity is 57; total occupancy load is 60.
