B19-899, “Allen Chapel A.M.E. Senior Residential Rental Project Property Tax Exemption and Equitable Real Property Tax Relief Clarification Act of 2012” and B19-902, “Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Time Extension Amendment Temporary Act of 2012”, B19-904, “Extension of Time to Dispose of Eastern Avenue Property Temporary Amendment Act of 2012” and B19-906, “Extension of Time to Dispose of the Strand Theater Temporary Amendment Act of 2012”, B19-922, “District Department of Transportation Accessible Vehicles Fund Establishment Temporary Amendment Act of 2012” and B19-924, “District Department of Transportation Parking Meter Fund Establishment Temporary Amendment Act of 2012”, B19-947, “Fiscal Year 2013 Budget Support Technical Clarification Temporary Act of 2012” and B19-949, “Classroom Animal for Educational Purposes Clarification Temporary Amendment Act of 2012”, and B19-951, “The Reckless Driving Temporary Amendment Act of 2012”,were adopted on first reading on September 19, 2012. These temporary measures were considered in accordance with Council Rule 413. A final reading on the measures will occur on October 2, 2012.
