Chapter 1-11. GUIDELINES OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW FOR ANTI-DEFICIENCY VIOLATIONS |
Section 1-1118. REPORTING RESULTS OF BOARD'S INVESTIGATION

1118.1The Chairperson shall issue the Board's findings and recommendations to the agency head or Deputy Mayor involved.
1118.2Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the findings and recommendations of the Board, the agency or Deputy Mayor shall notify the Board in writing of the actions taken or to be taken.
1118.3Upon receipt of the agency's or Deputy Mayor's response, the Board shall issue a report, determined by an affirmative vote of at least three Members present, to the Council indicating the violation, the name, and the title of the employee or employees who were responsible for the violation, any justification, and a statement of the action taken or proposed to be taken.
