Section 1-808. OUTSTANDING ADVANCES

808.1There shall be no more than one (1) outstanding advance or portion thereof, due the government from any traveler.

808.2Requests for additional advances or requests for travel shall not be processed until such time that the previous advance or portion thereof that is due has been repaid.

808.3Outstanding advances which have not been fully recovered by deductions from reimbursement vouchers or voluntary refunds by the traveler shall be recovered from the person to whom the advance was made, or his or her estate, in accordance with law and regulation.
