Section 10-B3201. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

3201.1A person shall be disqualified from participating as a member of a development team or from having any ownership interest in a proposed development if that participation would be a conflict of interest under the laws and regulations of the District.

3201.2No individual may represent a community group, Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) or residents' association in meetings or public hearings conducted by the Department or in written communications if that individual has any direct, personal financial interest in the development team or development entity or will acquire any direct, personal benefit from the development of the site(s).

3201.3The provisions of this chapter incorporate by reference the applicable requirements of the "District of Columbia Community Development Act of 1975" and the "Disposal of District Owned Surplus Real Property Amendment Act of 1989" and any amendments thereto.
