Section 14-1113. WHOLESOMENESS OF FOOD AND DRINK

1113.1All food and drink shall be wholesome, unadulterated, and free from spoilage.

1113.2Milk shall be served in the original container in which it is received from the distributor.

1113.3All shellfish shall be from sources approved by the United States Public Health Service.

1113.4All cream dispensers shall be constructed to be readily cleansed.
