Section 15-2615. PROPOSED FINAL RESOLUTION

    2615.1At the time that the arbitrator or arbitration panel determines, each arbitrating party shall file with the Commission Secretary an original and fifteen (15) copies of its proposed final resolution of each issue identified in the petition and response and the proposed schedule for implementation of those terms and conditions. The proposed final resolution shall meet the requirements of 47 U.S.C. § 251, including the regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission pursuant to that section.

     

    2615.2Any arbitrating party filing a proposed final resolution shall serve a copy of the resolution on all other arbitrating parties no later than the date on which the petition is filed with the Commission. The proposed final resolution shall be accompanied by a certificate of service.
