Section 16-1502. DIVISION OF INVESTIGATION REFERRALS

1502.1The Division of Investigation shall review and investigate cases referred by the Complaint Division to further substantiate trade practice violations and other statutory violations.

1502.2Upon completion of its investigation, the Division of Investigation shall submit its written findings and all other pertinent documents of the case file to the Division of Enforcement.
