Section 16-812. PERMITS

812.1Each home improvement contractor entering into a contract for the performance of any home improvement work for which a permit is required by applicable law of the District of Columbia shall be responsible for taking such action as may be necessary to ensure that the work is performed only under the authority of the required permit and in accordance with all of its terms.
