Section 17-4100. APPLICABILITY

4100.1This chapter shall apply to holders of and applicants for a license, certificate, or registration.

4100.2The District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, D.C. Official Code §§ 1-1501 to 1-1511 (1981 ed. & 1987 Supp.), shall supplement this chapter, except to the extent that it conflicts with the Act.
