Section 17-607. LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS FILING FEES

 

607.1The following fees shall be charged for filings by limited partnerships:

 

(a) Certificate of limited partnership: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(b) Amendment or restatement of certificate: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(c) Statement of termination: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(d) Documents or other filings related to signing and filing pursuant to a judicial order: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(e) Filing under D.C. Official Code § 29-703.06 (2011 Repl.): two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(f) Statement of dissociation: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(g) Articles or other documents required for merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(h) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: fifty dollars ($50);

 

(i) Certified copy of filing: fifty dollars ($50);

 

(j) Biennial report: three hundred dollars ($300);

 

(1) Late fee: an additional one hundred dollars ($100);

 

(k) Reservation or transfer of name: fifty dollars ($50);

 

(l) Registration or renewal of name: two hundred dollars ($200);

 

(m) Change of registered agent by entity: fifty dollars ($50);

 

(n) Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent: fifty dollars ($50);

 

(o) Foreign registration statement: two hundred dollars ($220);

 

(p) Amendment of foreign registration statement: two hundred dollars ($220);

 

(q) Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign entity: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(r) Withdrawal on dissolution or conversion to non-filing entity other than limited liability partnership: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(s) Transfer of registration: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(t) Termination of registration reinstatement: three hundred dollars ($300);

 

(u) Reinstatement after administrative dissolution: three hundred dollars ($300);

 

(v) Statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(w) Amendment or abandonment of statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

 

(x) Statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220); and

 

(y) Amendment or abandonment of statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220).
