Section 19-3103. ENFORCEMENT

3103.1Any person found in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be required to vacate the D.C. National Guard Armory.

3103.2Any person who fails to vacate the D.C. National Guard Armory upon lawful request may be subjected to prosecution for violation of D.C. Code § 22-3102.

3103.3Any person found obscuring, removing, defacing, mutilating or destroying any sign posted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may be subjected to prosecution for violation of D.C. Code § 22-403.
