Section 19-4348. ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SELECTION

4348.1The CCO, with the advice of the appropriate technical and staff representatives, will make the final selection.

4348.2The final selection shall be a listing, in order of preference, of the firms considered most highly qualified to perform the work.

4348.3The CCO shall document the contract file with a written explanation of the reasons for the selection. All firms on the final selection list shall be the firms with which the CCO may negotiate.
