Section 20-3404. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS COVERING GRANTEES

3404.1All grant agreements between the grantee and the D.C. Energy Office shall be executed by the Director, before final approval to start the activity.

3404.2Each grant shall be limited to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for a one-time demonstration project of a currently available commercial technology.

3404.3The grant agreement shall be signed by the individual or organization head ultimately responsible for the funded activity.

3404.4At any point during or after the funding period of the grantee, the Program Manager may audit the activities and financial records of the grantee.

3404.5Failure to comply with any reasonable request of the Program Manager or Director may result in an immediate suspension of grant funding.

3404.6All grants shall comply with the requirements set forth in 10 CFR § 465.15, as amended from time-to-time.
