Section 21-404. REPORT AND ADJUSTMENT

404.1Upon completion of the investigation, WASA shall issue a written decision containing a brief description of the investigation and findings.

404.2On the basis of the investigation and findings, WASA shall make appropriate adjustments to the bill for water or sewer charges in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
