Section 22-B3516. ADMISSION, TRANSFER AND DISCHARGE: GENERAL PROVISIONS

3516.1Each GHMRP shall have written policies which clearly describe its admission, transfer and discharge criteria and procedures.

3516.2A statement of admission, transfer and discharge criteria and policies shall be available for review by each prospective resident or his or her authorized representative.

3516.3Each policy regarding fees, payments, refunds and services shall be in writing and made available at the time of admission.
