Section 22-B3515. CONFIDENTIALITY OF RECORDS

3515.1Each GHMRP shall have written policies governing access to, duplication of, and release of information from each resident's record consistent with D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §7-1305.12 and these rules.
3515.2If a resident's records, or components of records, are provided to an agency during a short-term transfer such as hospitalization, the GHMRP shall assure that the following shall occur:
(a)That the receiving agency assures that the records are confidential;
(b)That a copy of required information only be sent forward; and
(c)That only information which is necessary for treatment and appropriate follow-up care of the resident is sent to the receiving agency.
