Section 22-B3812. PAYMENT OF DISTRICT FUNDS

3812.1No District Income Maintenance Funds shall be paid to any MHCRF or to any person residing in a MHCRF for his or her maintenance in that facility unless the MHCRF is licensed by the District or otherwise complies with D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 44 502.
