Section 22-C6207. EXAMINATION OF PREMISES AND BOOKS AND RECORDS

    6207.1A cultivation center or dispensary shall allow any Department investigator, or member of the Metropolitan Police Department a full opportunity to investigate, inspect, and examine, at any time during business hours and other times of apparent activity:

     

    (a)The premises, including restricted access areas, where medical marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, displayed, dispensed or sold; and

     

    (b)The books, records, and video recordings of the cultivation center or dispensary required to be maintained under the Act and this subtitle.

     

    6207.2In those circumstances where a part of the registered premises consists of a locked area, upon demand to the registration holder, such area shall be made available for inspection without delay.

     

    6207.3All books and records required to be maintained by the cultivation center or dispensary shall be maintained at the registered premises.
