Section 25-D906. REFUSE - STORAGE AREAS, RECEPTACLES, AND LOCATION

    906.1 Refuse shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. 

     

    906.2An area designated for refuse shall be located so that a public health hazard or nuisance is not created and maintained free of unnecessary items, as specified in section 817.  

     

    906.3Storage areas and enclosures for refuse and waste handling equipment shall be located at a distance from the building that minimizes the entrance of pests and other vermin and shall not create a public health hazard or nuisance or interfere with the cleaning of adjacent space.
