6460.1At the conclusion of an inspection, the Department shall provide a copy of its completed inspection report and the notice to correct violations to the licensee, and request a signed acknowledgment of receipt. The inspection report shall contain a listing of violations by area in the facility's operation and inspection item with corresponding citations to applicable regulatory provisions.
