Section 25-C6467. NONCRITICAL VIOLATION - TIME FRAME FOR CORRECTION

6467.1The licensee shall correct noncritical violations by a date and time agreed to or specified by the Department but no later than thirty (30) business days after the inspection, except as specified in section 6467.2.

6467.2The Department may approve a compliance schedule that extends beyond the time limits specified in section 6467.1 if the licensee submits a written schedule of compliance and no health hazard exists or will result from allowing an extended schedule for compliance.

6467.3Failure to correct violations in accordance with this section may result in the revocation or suspension of a license pursuant to section 6485, and the issuance of civil penalties pursuant to section 6486.
