Section 25-C6482. ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDIES - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, WARNING OR HEARING NOT REQUIRED

6482.1The Department may summarily suspend a license as specified in section 6480 by providing written notice as specified in section 6470 of the summary suspension to the licensee, without prior warning, notice of a hearing, or prior hearing.

6482.2The licensee shall have the right to request a hearing within fifteen (15) business days after receiving the Department's summary suspension notice. The Department shall hold a hearing within seventy-two (72) business hours of receipt of a timely request, and shall issue a decision within seventy-two (72) business hours after the hearing. The request for a hearing shall not act as a stay of the summary suspension.
