Section 25-C6484. ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDIES - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TERM OF SUSPENSION, REINSTATEMENT

6484.1A summary suspension shall remain in effect until the conditions cited in the notice of suspension no longer exist and the Department has confirmed, through re-inspection or other appropriate means that the conditions cited in the notice of suspension have been eliminated.

6484.2The suspended license shall be reinstated if the Department determines that the public health hazard or nuisance no longer exists. A notice of reinstatement shall be provided to the licensee.
