Section 25-C6488. ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS - NOTICE, REQUEST FOR HEARING, BASIS AND TIME FRAME

6488.1A person who receives a notice of hearing for an administrative remedy as specified in this chapter and elects to respond to the notice shall file a response to the notice within seven (7) calendar days after service.

6488.2In response to an adverse administrative action, a licensee may submit a written request for a hearing to the Department within fifteen (15) calendar days of the receipt of notice of adverse action.

6488.3A hearing request shall not stay the Department's condemnation order as specified in section 6475, or the imposition of a summary suspension as specified in section 6481.
