Section 25-C709. LICENSES AND PERMITS NOT TRANSFERABLE*

709.1A facility license or permit to operate a swimming pool, spa pool, or sauna facility shall not be transferred from one person to another person, from one facility to another facility, or from one location to another location even if owned, leased or operated by the same person.
