Section 25-C717. CRITICAL VIOLATIONS – TIME FRAME FOR CORRECTION

    717.1A licensee shall, at the time of inspection, correct a critical violation of these regulations immediately, except as specified in Subsection 717.2.

     

    717.2The Department may consider the nature of the potential hazard involved and the complexity of the corrective action needed and agree to specify a longer timeframe, not to exceed five (5) calendar days after the inspection, for the licensee to correct a critical violation of this Regulation.

     

    717.3Failure to correct violations in accordance with this section may subject a licensee to summary suspension of license pursuant to Section 807, revocation or suspension of a license pursuant to Section 812, and the issuance of Notice of Infractions pursuant to Section 1000, and civil penalties pursuant to Section 1001.
