Section 25-D1201. APPLICATION PROCEDURE - PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION

1201.1An applicant shall submit an application for a license at least thirty (30) calendar days before the date planned for opening a massage establishment or health spa facility or the expiration date of the current license for an existing facility.

1201.2Licenses shall be valid for a one (1) year period.
1201.3License fees shall be prorated for licenses issued after beginning of the license period.
