1608.1The Department may summarily suspend a license to operate a massage establishment or health spa facility if it is denied access to the massage establishment or health spa facility to conduct an inspection, or determines through an inspection, or examination of operators, employees, records, or other means as specified in the regulations, that an imminent health hazard exists.
