Section 25-D207. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - MASSAGE THERAPIST AND EMPLOYEE CLOTHING

    207.1Employees, including massage therapists shall wear outer garments that are fully opaque, and that do not expose their genitals, pubic area, buttocks, chest, or breasts.

     

    207.2The outer garments of each person engaged in massage therapy, handling bedding, linens, garments, or food in a massage establishment or health spa facility shall be kept visibly clean.

     

    207.3Employee clothing that has become soiled or contaminated with any bodily fluids during work shall be changed prior to returning to duty.

     

    207.4Soiled employee clothing shall be stored in a designated area away from clean clothing and other laundered items, as specified in sections 503, 504, and 505.
