Section 26-C2010. PUBLICATION OF FINAL DECISIONS

2010.1A decision of the Department under D.C. Official Code §§ 2-501 et seq. (2001) shall be enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction.

2010.2Final decisions shall be published in the D.C. Register by the Department within 60 days after the effective date of the final decision.
