Section 27-2600. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2600.1Contracts for construction shall be awarded in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and other applicable provisions of this title.
2600.2Contracts for architect-engineer services shall be awarded in accordance with title IX of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, approved October 27, 1972 (86 Stat. 1278; 40 U.S.C. 541-544) and the provisions of §§2620 through 2633 of this chapter.
2600.3In any instance where the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with any other provision of this title, the applicable provisions of this chapter shall take precedence and control the process for the award of a construction or architect-engineer contract.
