Section 28-2021. COMPENSATION OF WITNESSES

2021.1Each witness, other than an officer or employee of the United States or the District of Columbia, shall receive for his or her attendance the fees prescribed by D.C. Official Code § 15-714 for witnesses in civil cases.
2021.2All witnesses shall receive the allowances prescribed by D.C. Official Code § 15-714 for witnesses in civil cases.
