Section 29-1815. RECORDS AND DISPUTES

  • 1815.1The Department shall establish and maintain the official records of awarded grants or subgrants.

    1815.2The Department shall retain the records of all awarded applications and subsequent reports for a period that is the greater of:

    (a) Three (3) years; 

    (b) The time required by the applicable law, regulation or agreement governing the funding for such grant; or

     

    (c) At the Department’s discretion, a period longer than three (3) years.
