Section 29-1815. RECORDS AND DISPUTES

1815.1The Department shall establish and maintain the official records of awarded grants or subgrants.
1815.2The Department shall retain the records of all awarded applications and subsequent reports for a period that is the greater of:
(a) Three (3) years;
(b) The time required by the applicable law, regulation or agreement governing the funding for such grant; or
(c) At the Department’s discretion, a period longer than three (3) years.
