Section 29-2023. PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS

2023.1The Department of Human Services shall either pay the recipient’s monthly premium directly to the insurer, or reimburse the recipient for the monthly premium if the recipient pays it.

2023.2The Department shall not pay or reimburse the recipient for any co-payments or deductibles.
